CheapersGame.in primarily sells digital products such as game keys, software subscriptions, memberships, digital accounts, activation services, and downloadable content.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be issued only in the following specific situations:
- The product was not delivered within the promised timeframe.
- The wrong product was delivered by mistake.
- The product is proven defective and cannot be replaced/swapped.
- A duplicate payment was successfully captured for the same order.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances if:
- The digital product key or account has already been delivered and accessed.
- The customer purchased the wrong product by mistake.
- The customer no longer wants the product after delivery is complete.
- The product fails due to compatibility issues clearly documented on the product page.
- Account restrictions or bans occur due to customer misuse, styling violations, or platform policy abuse.
- Subscription or account access is revoked due to customer actions.
4. Replacement Policy
If a delivered key, account, or activation is found to be invalid or broken at the exact time of delivery, customers must contact support within 24 hours with proper proof (such as screenshots or video recordings of the activation attempt).
We will first attempt to provide a replacement key or account before considering a refund options.
5. Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved by our billing team, it will be processed and returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Actual processing times may vary depending on your bank and payment provider networks.
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a payment chargeback without first reaching out to our customer support team may result in permanent suspension of future purchases, locked digital items, and ban from our network services.
